Torrent File 2.2

The torrent file library got its biggest update. Versions 2.2 / 3.0 added support for:

• BEP-5: DHT nodes list

• BEP-17: HTTP seed urls

• BEP-19: WebSeed urls

• BEP-47: sha1 sums, executable files, symlinks, padding

• Big cleanup to support torrent v2 metadata (BEP-52) in 2.3 / 3.1
